Questions about Subscriptions
Do I have to enter everything myself?
No. Users from Google Workspace and purchase invoices from Moneybird come in automatically. Anything Klantaro can't find, like a subscription that only runs on a credit card, you add by hand.
How does Klantaro know a license isn't being used?
For Google Workspace, Klantaro looks at the last login. For other tools, it checks whether the person the license belongs to is still on your team. You get a signal, you decide what happens next.
Does Klantaro cancel subscriptions for me?
No. Klantaro shows what's running and what can go. You cancel with the vendor yourself. On the checklist you tick off what's been handled.
Can I pass costs on to clients?
Yes. Link a subscription, like hosting, to one or more clients. The amount is then ready for the next invoice in Moneybird and only goes out after your approval.
Who on my team sees the amounts?
By default only owners and admins. Team members see which accounts they have themselves, without amounts.
