What it does

Klantaro only listens in when everyone knows. What you agreed goes to the client file and to the project board.
Decisions kept separate
Next to the summary, Klantaro lists the decisions. So later you can find what was agreed and when.
Action items with an owner
Every action item gets a name and a date. After your approval it lands as a task on the project board.

Klantaro only listens in with consent. Participants know in advance that notes are being taken. Without approval, Klantaro stays out of the call.

After the call
When the call ends, everything is ready
Once the call is over, the action items are waiting as a proposal for the board. Klantaro also drafts a follow-up email for the client with what you agreed. You read it and hit send.
